PROTOCOL TOS

TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY CORE

1 THE PROTOCOL

By synthesizing an identity you accept this protocol in full. The service provides disposable mail aliases on 1k0.net for anonymity, testing and sign-up isolation. It is not a mailbox for your medical records, your bank, or your regrets.

2 ZERO-KNOWLEDGE FRAMEWORK

We store no personal identity data beyond the alias you invent and the access key that protects it (stored only as a modern one-way hash). We do not build contact graphs, do not sell packets, and do not profile your node.

3 STORAGE & RETENTION

Inbound packets leave your visible inbox after the configured retention window (currently 24 hours) or the moment you BURN an identity. From your side the packets appear incinerated; on our systems the data is preserved: every packet is flagged, and burned identities are mirrored in full to the operator's retained shadow archive for abuse auditing. BURN and expiry remove you from the data, not the data from the system. If that offends you: do not send what you cannot lose.

4 ACCEPTABLE USE

The relay exists for privacy, not predation. No harassment campaigns, no fraud, no content illegal in the operator's jurisdiction, no automated flooding of the relay. The command center reserves the right to suspend nodes and void data at any notice for protocol violations.

5 UPGRADE PROTOCOL

PLUS and PLUS+ are voluntary capacity expansions billed monthly; wallet credits fund one-off services such as history recovery and are purchased through the same card-data-free payment relay or operator-issued gift codes. Transactions are recorded for accounting and abuse forensics, including the data you submit at the transaction channel. Tier expansion is instant; refunds are issued solely at operator discretion. Credits never expire but hold no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

6 AVAILABILITY

The core aims for a 99.9% pulse. The void owes you nothing: service is delivered as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7 CHANGES

This protocol may be amended as the infrastructure evolves. Material changes are broadcast through the in-site notification core before taking effect.

◈ PRIVACY_CORE
WE COLLECT The alias string, its packets, the access key hash, and server-side security logs (IP and environment signature at login/alias operations; burned identities additionally retain IP + environment signature with their shadow mirror for abuse auditing). Note that flagged/mirrored packets are retained on our systems even after they vanish from your view — see STORAGE & RETENTION.
WE NEVER COLLECT Your real name, contact files, locations, browsing behavior, or any personal data you do not type into a required field yourself.
BURN GUARANTEE BURN stops the packets from flowing to you: the full contents — including raw headers and the requesting session's IP and environment signature — are mirrored once to the operator's retained shadow archive and the live copies are flagged, never deleted. New mail to a burned alias simply finds no visible inbox.
RECOVERY_FEES Packets hidden from your view by BURN, user DELETE, or the retention window remain recoverable in the Neural Hub — but the recovery fee restores ONLY the email address itself. The alias is revealed in MAIL_HISTORY again, and new mail to it arrives live and reads free; the contents of hidden packets are never shown and are not restorable. The fee (currently $2.00) is enforced once per address and drawn from your account balance. Account balance is funded strictly through confirmed payments on the hosted checkout or operator-issued gift codes — gift codes are single-use and non-refundable.
